While we celebrate the wonderful women of St. Eval year round, we also wanted to take the opportunity that International Women’s Day gives us to shine a special light on the incredible work that they do.

Sara Young-Jamieson, St. Eval Founder & Creative Director

As a women-owned business, we've been in awe of the power of brilliant women since our very beginning. The woman at our helm, Sara Young-Jamieson, created St. Eval with her late husband Tim over 28 years ago and she continues to support and guide our business as owner and Creative Director. 

As our creative visionary, many of our fragrances and collections begin as the dreams and ideas of Sara, who is deeply connected to and inspired by the natural world.

We are proud at St. Eval to be a female-founded and majority-owned company. The average UK manufacturing company is currently made up of 85% men and 15% women. At St. Eval we challenge the status quo with 60% female employees. We are proud to be one of only 23% of B Corp's in the UK owned or led by women.

Throughout our predominantly female staff you'll find many inspirational women, who go above and beyond daily to support St. Eval's mission to tread softly on the Earth whilst creating unique fragrances and collections. Whether they're pouring candles in the factory, testing burn time and performance in our lab, or working behind the scenes in our office, each and every woman at St. Eval is appreciated for how they constantly go above and beyond.
