About St Eval
On a farm overlooking the wild Atlantic, St Eval has 30 years of scentseeking heritage, finding inspiration in the natural world and bringing it into people's homes through fragrance. Female-founded and family-run, we're a business with craftsmanship at our heart, a healthy appetite for adventure and a commitment to doing things responsibly. We're also a certified B Corp.
Building on our heritage, we're scaling up, moving at pace and setting our sights on something big: fame for fragrance.
About the role
From the first idea to the finished product, you'll help bring new St Eval fragrances and product innovations to life.
Working closely with our Product Manager and teams across the business, you'll coordinate the development of new products and changes to existing ones, keeping projects on track from concept through to launch.
You'll get a close-up view of the world of fragrance and product development, working across everything from packaging and suppliers to costing, testing and production.
Who we’re looking for
We're at an exciting stage of growth, which means there's plenty happening. You'll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in and is comfortable juggling different projects. Curious, methodical and keen to learn.

- Prepare initial project costs for review by the Product Manager and support supplier negotiations.
- Place component orders through Purchasing once final proofs and volumes are signed off by Marketing and Technical.
- Collate the product information that packaging needs: names, materials, specifications and part numbers.
- Manage product database (ERP system), ensuring all product information is correct and kept up to date.
Technical, compliance and samples
- Collect and maintain product packaging information, including data required for packaging reporting.
- Manage the product sample library, including ordering, tracking, distribution and keeping samples organised and accessible.
