Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For orders placed after 3pm, please allow an extra day. Excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.

How do I return or exchange an item from my St Eval order?

If you've changed your mind, unused items in perfect condition can be returned to us at the address below. Please note that return postage is at your own cost. We're unfortunately unable to offer an exchange service at this time

We can only offer refund for products purchased at st-eval.com. If you have purchased from one of our retailers, you will have to contact them directly.

How long will my return take to process?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Most are completed within a week, but please allow up to two weeks during busy times, such as sales or seasonal periods. Thank you for your patience, and rest assured we’ll keep you updated along the way.
