Job title: Pick Pack Operative
Reporting to: Production Manager
Working hours: 40 Hours per week, working; Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, including a 15‑minute paid tea break and a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break. And Fridays: 8:00am to 2:00pm, including a 15‑minute paid tea break
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £13.45 per hour
We are looking for someone to join our Pick Pack team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time and in perfect condition. You’ll support the smooth and efficient running of our daily pick and pack operations, contributing to high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently select and handle orders by finding inventory, filling out necessary documents, transferring goods to the processing and dispatch section and scanning their barcodes.
- Prepare and box orders for dispatch.
- Ensure the Pick Pack department is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness.
- Escalate any issues related to quality to the relevant colleague.
- Support with additional tasks as needed by your supervisor.
