With our recent move to a new website management platform back in September, we thought it would be handy to create a “How To” post to help anyone who has been having difficulties getting back into our trade site. Please follow the steps below.

1. Activate your new TRADE ACCOUNT

The account activation email would have been sent from check it hasn’t gone into your spam folder by mistake.  If you haven’t received this, please email and we’ll be happy to resend it for you and also double check we have the correct email on file.

2. Click 'TRADE LOGIN' button

Once your account is activated, when you need to go back into it you can do so by visiting the TRADE LOGIN.

The trade log in button is located on the bottom left hand side of our website. If you scroll to the bottom of our home page, you will see the black trade login button as pictured below.


At the TRADE LOGIN page, you can enter the email and password that you chose when you activated your new account with us.


As it’s a new platform, your old login will not work. You will need to make sure you accepted the new account invite and set your password again.

4. My NEW password isn't recognised

Once you have activated your account you will likely be returning to the TRADE LOGIN page. Please note that you will need to make sure you refresh the page and you may also need to clear cache in your browser so the old password is not retained.

5. Up and running?
